The War of Good and Evil - 02.14.07

In the forest, all was quiet, calm,
Wonderfully peaceful, warm and strong,
But then the hot flames of death arose.
Alarming, tempting, it took its pose.
The forest flamed, inferno of fear.
It burned and sizzled, enough to sear.
Forest burning, animals running,
All in all, the sight was quite stunning.
But then the great clouds of hope arrived.
Pearly, magnificent, they did thrive.
The rain fell like small droplets of light.
The flames ran and the rainbow took flight.
